With over 6 years of experience in government communications, Rob is currently Head of Crime Communications & Engagement at HM Courts & Tribunals Service which is part of the Ministry of Justice and one of the largest agencies in UK government.

Rob has led external communications and engagement to support delivery of HMCTS’ ongoing £1.3bn reform programme and underpin recovery from the impacts of the pandemic in the Crown and Magistrates’ Court. Since he established and developed the stakeholder communications function at HMCTS, the improvements in how the organisation communicates with its broad spectrum of audiences – ranging from the legal profession to criminal justice partners – has been directly recognised by Parliamentary committees.
