Mitch began his career in the BSkyB press office, before joining Shine Communications. After spells at Maclaurin and public sector specialist Geronimo, he set up his first agency, Mischief. Together with Dan Glover, they led the agency to become PRWeek’s youngest-ever Agency of the Year, before selling the business to Engine Group. In 2014, Mitch and Dan co-founded The Academy which in under eight years it has broken into PRWeek’s Top 20 consumer league table as the youngest agency in it. Their work spans PR and advertising, design and identity, digital and live events, and clients include Amazon, Disney, Morrisons, Mastercard, BT, Lucozade, Southern Comfort and Holland & Barrett.
