Kemi helps power WE’s Corporate Reputation and Brand Purpose offering in the UK, providing strategic communications advice across WE’s business portfolio of tech, health, and consumer clients. Taking a solutions-focused lead, Kemi uses her expertise to amplify meaningful messaging and shape brand voice to advocate for change. She is evolving client communications to successfully deliver on societal impact, executive leadership, and sustainability promises. Kemi’s insights will cultivate internal and external engagement for clients, identifying and nurturing their brand authenticity.
Over the past decade, Kemi has worked with communications agencies across the globe to generate trust and guide reputation, reaching audiences at the right moments with targeted, integrated communications strategies. Most recently at freud’s, Kemi enhanced corporate brand reputation by securing on-beat coverage and delivering intelligent key messaging. She led global reputation programmes and thought leadership activations at prestigious, global events such as the World Economic Forum (WEF) Annual Meeting and UN General Assembly, focusing on relevant and impactful contributions. Her clients have included AB InBev, KFC, The Earthshot Prize, The Alfred Landecker Foundation and Reckitt. In 2019, Kemi and her team won a Wood Pencil with D&AD for their take on a traditional property magazine
Beyond her company responsibilities, Kemi was appointed an OVO Foundation trustee in December 2021 and has been on the advisory board for Inclusion Labs since 2020. Outside of her work, Kemi can be found reigning in her many nieces and nephews and tasting her way across the country’s famous Sunday roast scene.
