With over 25 years of experience, Anwer is now the Head of Customer Success and Insights at Signal, a disrupting company bringing using cutting-edge A.I. and Machine Learning to bring a new solution to media monitoring. He is responsible for helping Signal’s 100+ clients better understand how the media impacts them, competitors and wider industry issues as well as ensuring they get the best customer experience.
Prior to Signal, Anwer worked at the Financial Times and Gorkana, taking a number of roles including Business Development, Relationship Management and Media Evaluation/Insights. He is also a regular industry speaker and for 3 years hosted the Gorkana Breakfast briefings, interviewing the UK’s most respected print, online and broadcast, journalists
